We can make custom T-shirts, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for help regarding this.
To speed up the process include the following information:
The image you wish to upload (highest resolution possible), what style of t-shirt (mens, womans, vest, tank), what colour of t-shirt and finally how many t-shirts you would like to order.
Prices vary, cheaper for larger orders.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If your order is placed before 5pm on a working day we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Please while we always post 1st Class Royal Mail, there is occasionally delays with the postal system.

Can I get items delivered outside the UK?
Unfortunately at the present time we ONLY deliver to the UK due to uneconomical shipping prices.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
Easy! By spending over £30 in a single order you can get totally FREE shipping by clicking the “Free Shipping” option at checkout!
What is your refund policy?
Due to the print on demand service we provide, we can only accept refunds where the item is faulty or damaged. If you have recieved a faulty item, please see “I recieved a faulty item, what now?” below.

I recieved a faulty item, what now?
Firsty we apologize for having sent out a faulty product, we can assure you we do our best to make sure all the items look great before shipping.
Secondly, you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information within 14 days of delivery:
Your order number recieved in your confirmation email, your current shipping address, a valid phonenumber and then a quick description of the item and a picture of the fault to help us identify the problem.
Upon receipt of your email we will organize for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge.
I changed my mind on an item (before delivery) what can I do?
If you place an order by mistake, or change your mind about an item you should send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible detailing the problem with your order, please also include your order number.
We aim to process all of our orders on the day of placement, therefore we cannot guarantee your order will be altered in time before delivery.
Uunfortunately in this event we cannot alter or refund your order.
I changed my mind on an item (after delivery) what can I do?
Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds for items which are not faulty, our products are all made to order.

What happens to my payment information?
We only accept payments via PayPal, this ensures that your payment details remain as secure as possible.

How do I use my coupon?
If you have a coupon and wish to use it on your order, you should select the items you wish to purchase, then proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, on the bottom left corner you will see a box for inputting your code.
My coupon isn't working?
From time to time we may issue coupons to promote certain items or events, all coupons have an expiry date – be sure to read the t+c’s when you recieve the coupon.
If you have checked the expiry date, and the coupon code is indeed incorrect please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your problem, please also include where you found the coupon code.
Do you offer any guarantees for your phone cases?
We DO NOT offer any form of guarantee for our phone cases.
Although our cases are designed to protect your device we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.
